Composition :
Most of the ingredients have been hand-picked between Montpellier and Aubagne.
Water, alcohol, maceration of wild / fresh aromatic plants and spices, lemon from
Menton, peppermint, thyme, thyme, fennel, glasswort, immortelle, hawthorn, cyst,
chamomile, rosemary, sugar, star anise essence, liquorice.

Colour : Dark yellow / green
Nose : Nice flavors with lemon, thyme and peppermint touch coming through, iodized notes, fennel with anise notes a bit more subtiles.
Palate : We suggest three different ways of drinking it, first one « neat » develops lemon and thyme notes, second one « on ice » brings peppermint, lemon and thyme notes, and the last one with ice and water gets you fennel at the top of lemon / peppermint notes.
Finish : Long and very nice with fennel, light anise, peppermint and lemon aromas that just stays nicely in mouth.
Conclusion : A wonderful complex Pastis made for passionated Pastis lovers !
