Nose : So chocolatey! Dark chocolate truffles, milk chocolate buttons, chocolate liqueurs, banana chocolates, chocolate-covered honeycomb, raisins and coffeebeans, chocolate marzipan, dark chilli chocolate, plus coconut mushrooms, pear drops, nail varnish, nutmeg and star anise.
Palate : Liquid chocolate, dark chilli chocolate, dark chocolate ginger thins, cherries covered in chocolate, pipe tobacco and an oak box of dry spices including ginger,cinnamon, chilli, black pepper, star anise, cloves and cardamom.
Finish : The dry spices continue to a long and lingering finish but change over time to be stirred into a spicy coffee enjoyed with a cherrywood pipe with cherry tobacco, and a pinch of snuff.
