Colour : Chestnut

Nose : Rich chocolate pot with a pinch of nutmeg, bananas Foster with Chantilly cream, flaked roast almonds and shaved chocolates, rum baba topped with glacé cherries, liquorice pipes, rose Turkish delights, baklava, kulfi and coconut ice cream in its shell with a dark chocolate button.

Palate : Neapolitan ice cream, pistachio ice cream, salted caramel doughnuts, honey cakes, chocolate fountain, a box of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla French macarons, foam bananas, coconut mushrooms, jelly beans, strawberry laces and Pontefract cakes.

Finish : Spiced teacakes slathered with butter and lavender honey.

Nose with water : Black Forest gateau, Bakewell tart, coconut macaroons, a box of chocolate, rose and pistachio French macarons, Key Lime pie, sherbet pips, strong mints, cherry wood bowl with dark chocolate truffles and dark chocolate rose and violets, plus crystallised strawberries, apple and peaches.

Palate with water : A chocolate fondue with peaches and strawberries for dipping, spiced chocolate pot and hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and nutmeg, mango pudding, coconut pudding, Thai golden custard, kulfi and rice pudding with flaked almonds.
