Nose : Beeswax on a soft cotton cloth, silver polish, tar, gunpowder, brick dust, rosewater, prunes, mulch, dunnage and seaweed tangled on a rope anchoring an old boat in the harbour
Palate : The spice pops, sizzling cumin seeds, plus rosewater, coal tar shampoo, oak bookcases laden with leather-bound tomes, vintage silver stirrup cups, ropes and freshly-fired gunpowder
Finish : Dry spices and chocolate milkshake on an oak refectory table
Nose with water : Mint tea, tarragon, sage, witch hazel mixed with rosewater, plus lemon curd on brioche, lime marmalade, strawberry doughnuts, chrome door handles, lichen, hydrangeas, tweed suit, wicker chairs and an oak trunk with metal straps
Palate with water : Corndogs, dark chocolate, clove balls, rosewater, lavender shortbread, balsamic vinegar on roast strawberries, roast lamb with rosemary, served with mint and redcurrant jellies
Finish with water : Rose and violet dark chocolate, plus lavender shortbread
