Cognac selected and blended by Michaël with Claire and Stéphane Burnez in the cellars of Maison Prunier. A blend of 3 rare grape varieties: Colombard, Folignan and Folle Blanche. This is an innovative blend because it does not contain any Ugni Blanc, which accounts for 98% of the Cognac vineyards. Once blended, this cognac continued to age in oak barrels for over six months to harmonise the result. A slight slow reduction to 52.9% to allow it to open up even further. The fruit of a long collaboration between Michaël and Maison Prunier, this Cognac offers a profile that is rare in Cognac.
Blended Cognac, 52,9% ABV, Small Batch, only 450 bottles, 500ml
