Color : Apple juice.
Nose : Pineapple dusted with cinnamon and wrapped in foil and short rib on a barbecue, rodizio pork with a Parmesan crust on metal skewers with a chrome pot of chimichurri sauce, pineapple and banana fritters in syrup with dulce de leche ice cream and a cafetière of rich coffee with warm cream and sugar crystals on the side and a recently polished silver vase of peonies, tulips and daffodils.
Palate : It coats the mouth and the esters are singing with barbecued banana, apple slices and pineapples dipped in thick Manuka honey served in a rubber pot, plus sage, lemon verbena, dark chocolate, coffee and walnut cake and liquorice and blackcurrant sweets.
Finish : Granny's gingerbread slathered in butter and dunked in a spicy honey with star anise and cloves.
