Colour : Sauvignon Blanc
Nose : Birch wood smoke, honey on hot buttered brioche, honeysuckle, lavender, hyacinth, spruce, vanilla, hazelnuts, peaches in brandy, milk chocolate bar, milk chocolate-coated honeycomb, red liquorice, smoking beeswax candles, and shoelaces.
Palate : Lavender honey, boot leather, liquorice pipes and a hint of pipe smoke, cherry pipe tobacco, oak refectory table, clove and cardamom spices, slab of toffee, crème caramel and white chocolate bars.
Finish : Cloves, cardamom and cinnamon with vanilla cream.
