Colour: White wine
Nose: Exuberant, an explosion of fresh fruit! Juicy white peach meets a tropical salad of guava, papaya and passion fruit. A zest of lemon meringue pie adds a touch of acidity, while smooth, pastry-like bourbon vanilla caresses the nose with a slightly sweetness. With aeration, the citrus fruits become more assertive, with candied orange and freshly squeezed grapefruit adding a dynamic touch.
Palate: As bright as on the nose, the tasting continues this exotic festival. Guava and passion fruit offer a pulpy, vibrant sensation, sublimated by a delicately melting white peach. Flambéed banana enriches the whole, while the sweetness of vanilla cream completes the palate.
Finish: Very long and deeply vanilla-flavoured. A slight sensation of sweetness lingers, evoking a tropical nectar where guava dominates, accompanied by sweet white peach and a hint of candied citrus fruit. Echoing the first notes, lemon and grapefruit add persistent freshness and a lively finish.
