Nose: Farmyard funk with silage, manure, warm horses, hay and rubber Wellies, plus dunnage, chalk, holiday brochures, chicken and sweetcorn soup, clove balls.
Palate: The farmyard funk is replicated on the palate, overripe apple and pear drops, apple tarte tatin, barbecued pineapple, copper coins, raspberry jam, honeydew melon, peaches and comforting callaloo soup.
Finish: Aniseed twists and funky silage with white chocolate and creamy biscuits.
