Colour: Clear
Nose: An intense explosion of ripe, almost candied Williams pear, with notes of fresh fruit, a hint of iodine, pear sorbet, pear crumble, white pepper, candied lime, a floral note of white flowers and a hint of sweet almond.
Palate: Bite into a juicy, fleshy pear that instantly coats the palate with a gourmet mouthfeel, iced sorbet, spices such as black pepper and cardamom, and a slightly oily texture that provides body and a long finish.
Finish: Long and persistent. Ripe pear aromas dominate, with a hint of saltiness, spices and citrus zest.
Conclusion: A Williams Pear Eau de vie from La Salamandre distillery bottled at a different strength than the first one, for even more intensity!
