Colour: Rich chestnut
Nose: Grapes, raisin Danish, candy floss, vanilla fudge, Edinburgh rock, black Ceylon tea, dunnage, antique oak chest with brass handles, neroli, and rose and almond hand cream.
Palate: Rich and luxurious, dark chilli chocolate, dark chocolate truffles, neroli, fruity Malbec wine, pink lamb with redcurrant sauce.
Finish: Cardamom, nutmeg, white pepper and redcurrant sauce with buttered toast dipped in soft-boiled duck egg.
Conclusion: Full-bodied, rich, meaty and fruity. Absolutely delicious.
