Nose: You are greeted by the lively freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, a noble and expressive grape variety, carefully harvested by our Bordeaux winegrowers. The nose is aromatic, floral and lemony, like a morning stroll through the vineyards under the golden light of the South-West.
Palate: Ocean seaweed takes over. Subtle and iodised, it evokes the calm power of the ocean, the caress of the wind on the Dune du Pilat, and the memory of a sunset on Moulleau beach. It is the salty breath of the Atlantic that invites itself into the mouth.
Finish: Lively, peppery, almost marine. Oyster pepper marks the end of the journey, a vibrant, mineral note reminiscent of tasting oysters by the sea with friends.
