Nose: A wonderfully indulgent nose, immediately led by caramelised coconut. It is quickly joined by a generous warm Tarte Tatin, ripe banana and a handful of dried fruits. Blonde caramel intertwines with delicate cinnamon, while milk chocolate, cocoa and freshly roasted coffee add remarkable depth and richness.
Palate: Broad, velvety and beautifully balanced. Caramel, coconut and banana take centre stage, soon followed by warm toasted brioche. The profile then gains intensity as dark chocolate, coffee and roasted notes bring structure to this explosion of exotic and pastry-like flavours. Despite its power, the palate remains elegant, supported by perfectly integrated oak that enhances the whole without ever dominating.
Finish: Long, warm and lingering. Sweet spices intertwine with cocoa and coffee before gradually giving way to bright citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, delicately resting on a warm madeleine. A subtle saline touch provides the final layer of balance.
Conclusion: A wonderfully indulgent Foursquare, where rich pastry notes meet the depth of roasted coffee and chocolate.
