Nose : Orange blossom honey, oranges, orchards, waxy lemons, jam tarts, blackcurrant jam, oak sailing ship with canvas sails, hint of dunnage, petrichor, roses and proofed dough covered in flour.
Palate : So honeyed! Orange blossom honey, orange panna cotta, orchards, liquorice root, vanilla fudge, rum and raisin ice cream.
Finish : Dark chocolate-enrobed ginger, crystallised ginger, aniseed twists, cloves balls, peppercorns, roses, hyacinths and a hint of dunnage.
