Colour : Apple juice

Nose : Leather saddle, hay, warm horse, banana fritters, glacé cherries, fruit and nut mix with dried cranberries, cherries and milk chocolate-covered raisins, plus vanilla and chocolate fudge, salted caramel chocolate, hard-boiled fruit sweets, pulpy paper and chopped herbs.

Palate : Esters at the start with overripe bananas and apples, rubber and freshly printed magazines give way to cherries, raspberries and coconut sorbet, plus cinnamon rolls, liquorice and milk chocolate bars.

Finish : Sage, thyme and marjoram-infused olive oil.

Nose with water : Rubber wetsuit, raspberry tea, strawberry tart with Chantilly cream, mille-feuille, lemon tart, lemon sorbet, blueberry liquorice, banana fudge and sweet hay.

Palate with water : It's spicy with cloves, star anise, cardamom, white pepper and paprika, plus fried plantain and feta tacos, cherries, milk chocolate, freshly printed magazines and an oak carver coated with beeswax polish.

Finish with water : Overripe bananas, cherries and syrup.

Conclusion : So moreish! This is an extremely quaffable tot, full of fruit, spice and well-balanced esters.

English
