Palate: Vanilla cheesecake, blackcurrant sorbet, crème caramel, apple tarte tatin topped with spun sugar and Chantilly cream, peach cobbler, trifle and silver polish
Finish: Gingersnaps dipped in dark chocolate, plus plum tart with vanilla cream
