Nose : Very expressive and quite greedy with beautiful notes of caramelized coconut, cinnamon, dried fruits, tarte tatin, lemon with even more caramelized delicacies

In mouth : The rest is in the same pleasant and complex line, no surprise we find caramel, coconut, banana, toasted brioche, with a lot of well-balanced power. A bomb of velvet and pastry exotic flavors

Finish : A nice length with spices then giving way to citrus fruits with lemon and pomelo on a madeleine all with a slight saline hint
