Nose : Dirty funk belies the age with rubber matting, vinyl albums in glossy sleeves, banana fritters in syrup topped with glacé cherries, cigarillo smoke, oily lipstick, hair gel, raspberries, sugared almonds, dark chocolate and white chocolate truffles in a cardboard box tied with ribbons
Palate : Cherries, Bakewell tart with a cinnamon crust, banana split with a cherry on top, dark chocolate cherry liqueurs, sticky toffee pudding swimming in custard, oak dresser, face powder, rubber matting, vinyl records and a hint of tobacco and vinyl surfaces
Finish : Salt water taffies and ginger cake with ginger buttercream
Nose with water : Hello, chocolate! Chocolate pot, chocolate fondue, chocolate-covered honeycomb bar, dark chocolate cherry liqueurs, orange hot chocolate, orange curd on hot buttered croissants, banana fudge, lavender shampoo and freshly printed magazines
Palate with water : Orange blossom honey, vinyl, banana fudge, vanilla essence, hair gel, hard-boiled fruit sweets, barley sugars, lemon tea, orange dark chocolate, and profiteroles

Conclusion : Don't expect this to be a delicate OAP, this vintage Cognac is still ready to party with the best of them with plenty of tales to tell
