Palate : An oak spice rack with ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, star anise, cloves and cardamom, plus cinnamon sweets, sugared and chocolate mice, banana toffee, liquorice fudge, apple sweets, rosewater and a hint of birch smoke.
Finish : A long and lingering spicy and woody finish.
