Single cask and cask strength at 66.3 % ABV distilled in 2013, 5 month finish into New Yarmouth 1994 cask, 500 ml
Colour : Amber
Nose: Forget subtly, the esters are singing songs of rubber and bananas, dirty funk, lemongrass, flaxseed, tamarind duck, hyacinths and cloves. There's tarnished metal, boat
varnish, graphite and mud face packs.
Palate : Dirty funk with rubber tyres, overripe bananas flambée, dark chocolate enrobed,
cloves, paprika, lemongrass, guinea fowl, redcurrant jelly, grass, fresh sugar cane, rye bread and Art Deco chrome trays.
Finish : Rubber flippers and snorkel, milk chocolate hazelnuts, vanilla essence and overripe bananas in a tamarind sauce on a metal plate, plus Darjeeling tea right at the end of the very long and lingering finish.
Conclusion: A dram you won’t forget, full of surprises and intense flavors !
