Palate : A comforting hug in a tot. Spiced coffee with dark chocolate rum truffles, freshly polished oak desks with worn brass handles, toasted brioche with salted butter and clove-spiced honey, lychees, raspberries, redcurrant jelly, ginger marmalade and cinnamon hot chocolate.
Finish : Long and lingering with ginger cake, cinnamon rolls and dark chocolate truffles on a polished brass platter.
